  • Cisco UCCE provides intelligent contact routing, call treatment, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration (CTI), and multichannel contact management over an IP Infrastructure. This unified solution helps companies rapidly deploy a distributed contact center infrastructure.
  • Cisco Unified CVP provides interactive voice response (IVR) and call queuing functions using a voice portal architecture. CVP uses the VoiceXML Forum Certified Cisco IOS platform for VoiceXML execution with optional speech recognition capabilities, and adds additional features like call queuing at the edge of the network and call switching over IP. CVP supports IP and TDM based Voice Portal deployments and can be deployed either as a standalone self-service system or fully integrated with a contact center.
